For Candidates

Build your next chapter with MENA Engineers.

Apply to an open role. When your experience matches our requirements, we’ll arrange a verbal screening interview. Selected candidates are invited to complete our vetting process and join a private network for confidential engineering opportunities.

Free for engineers. Private profiles. Introductions only with your approval.

Our Five-Stage Vetting Process

From application to vetted network admission.

We review experience, communication, identity, technical ability, and professional references. Technical expertise is assessed directly or established through authenticated top-percentile benchmarks where relevant.

Stage 01

Application & Resume Review

Engineers apply to a specific job posting. We screen resumes, portfolio links, and employment history against the role’s goals and technical requirements.

  • Job-specific criteria
  • Resume screening
  • Employment history
  • Portfolio review

Our Vetting Standard

Technical evidence. Human review.

Technical ability is established through our own assessments or authenticated top-percentile benchmarks. Candidates with qualifying verified credentials may skip a separate technical assessment; the remaining checks still apply.

Common questions from candidates

How do I apply?

Apply to an open role. We review your resume, portfolio links, and employment history against the role’s goals and technical requirements.

What happens after I apply?

If your experience matches, we arrange a verbal screening interview to talk through your background, communication, and goals. Candidates who do well are invited to continue the vetting process for our private network.

How does vetting work?

Five stages: application and resume review, a verbal screening interview, network invitation and identity verification, an in-depth technical review, and reference checks before final admission.

Can verified technical credentials replace an assessment?

Qualifying authenticated top-percentile benchmarks may satisfy our technical review requirements without a separate assessment. We verify their authenticity and relevance to your specialization. The remaining vetting checks still apply.

Is there a cost?

No. Applying, completing vetting, and joining the network are free for engineers.

Will my profile be public?

No. Your network profile is not published in a public, searchable talent directory. Companies receive relevant introductions after vetting and your approval.

Do I have to accept an opportunity?

No. You review an opportunity before deciding whether your profile can be shared, and you choose which opportunities to pursue.

Does admission guarantee work?

No. Opportunities depend on client requirements, your experience, availability, and mutual fit. Admission to the network does not guarantee a placement.
