Candidate Terms

Effective October 4, 2026

1. Invitation-only network

These Candidate Terms apply to participation in the private MENA Engineers network operated by Aluniversalapps LLC d/b/a MENA Engineers. Candidates participate only after being identified or invited by MENA Engineers. There is no public “sign up as candidate” flow.

2. Application, vetting, and approval

You must complete the requested application and required vetting process. Vetting may include professional review, interviews, technical or role-specific assessments, reference checks, and identity verification. Admission is subject to MENA Engineers approval. Completing an application or assessment does not guarantee approval, account activation, employment, contracting work, or any opportunity.

3. Accurate information

You must provide complete, current, and accurate information and promptly correct material changes. You authorize MENA Engineers to verify professional information and to consider assessment, interview, reference, and identity-verification information when evaluating your application.

4. Opportunities and introductions

If approved and activated, you may be considered for relevant opportunities. MENA Engineers may present your professional information to relevant Clients for legitimate hiring, contracting, staffing, or professional opportunities. Your profile is not publicly searchable. You may request that your profile no longer be presented for new opportunities.

5. Confidentiality

You must protect non-public Client, job, product, technical, and business information you receive through MENA Engineers or an introduction. You may use it only to evaluate or perform the relevant opportunity and must not disclose it without authorization or as required by law.

6. Professional conduct

  • Do not misrepresent qualifications, experience, work authorization, identity, availability, or compensation expectations.
  • Do not submit another person’s information or impersonate another person.
  • Do not misuse Client information, assessments, interview materials, or introductions.
  • Follow applicable confidentiality, intellectual property, security, and workplace obligations.

7. Removal and suspension

MENA Engineers may suspend or remove you from the network or decline to present you for opportunities if you provide fraudulent or materially inaccurate information, breach confidentiality, create a security or legal risk, or violate these Terms.

8. Privacy and legal acceptance

Candidate information is handled under the Privacy Policy. During invited account activation, you must affirmatively accept the Candidate Terms and Privacy Policy. The acceptance record includes the candidate identifier, document versions, timestamp, and accepting email. Updated documents require a new acceptance and do not overwrite historical records.

9. No guarantee

Participation does not guarantee employment, contracting work, interviews, introductions, income, or continued availability of any opportunity. MENA Engineers does not restrict your general ability to seek work elsewhere.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
