1. Client Candidate Introduction Terms
These Client Candidate Introduction Terms apply to Clients using the private MENA Engineers network, operated by Aluniversalapps LLC d/b/a MENA Engineers. They supplement the Terms of Service.
2. Candidate introductions
Any candidate whose identifying or professional information is shared with you by MENA Engineers is an Introduced Candidate. You may use that information only to evaluate the relevant hiring, contracting, staffing, or professional opportunity.
3. Previously known candidates
If you believe you already knew an Introduced Candidate before MENA Engineers’ introduction, you must notify MENA Engineers within five business days and provide reasonable supporting evidence.
4. Non-circumvention
For twelve months from the Candidate Introduction, you must not knowingly circumvent MENA Engineers for the purpose of avoiding an applicable MENA Engineers fee. This applies to direct or indirect employment, independent contracting, consulting, freelance work, contract-to-hire, staffing arrangements, affiliates, third-party agencies, subcontractors, and other intermediaries. This provision protects MENA Engineers’ commercial relationship and does not restrict the candidate’s general ability to seek employment or other work.
5. Fees
Any placement, referral, introduction, or other fee is defined in the applicable job, placement agreement, or separate commercial agreement. No fee is hard-coded into these general Client Terms.
6. Confidentiality and permitted use
You must keep candidate information confidential and use it only for the relevant opportunity. You may share it internally only with people who need it for that evaluation and who are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate company information, role requirements, and hiring feedback.
- Use candidate information fairly, lawfully, and without discrimination.
- Protect candidate information from unauthorized access, copying, or disclosure.
- Notify MENA Engineers promptly about material changes to the opportunity or engagement.
8. Electronic acceptance and records
Before posting a job, requesting candidates, viewing candidate information, or receiving introductions, an authorized Client user must affirmatively accept the MENA Engineers Terms of Service and these Client Candidate Introduction Terms. MENA Engineers records the client, legal company name, accepting user, name, email, title, timestamp, and document versions.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the Client.
